Villa Cardo

Villa Cardo is a 4 bedroom house designed by Studio Andrew Trotter, who designed Masseria Moroseta.

Like the masseria, Villa Cardo has been built with local materials and using traditional methods of building, to ensure the Pugliese vernacular shines through, keeping the building light, airy and cool in the summer.

Downstairs there is a cinema room with adjoining Turkish bath.

Occupancy: (8 guests max)

The house is within one hectare of land, filled with olive and almond tress, and with views to the sea from the roof terrace.

The house comprises of a large living room with a dining room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

One of the bedroom is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with a bath and double shower.

The main bedroom has it’s own veranda, with outdoor bath, and private garden with outdoor shower.

There are a further two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, that can also be used as a small living area.

These bedrooms have a shared bathroom.

Downstairs is a cinema hall.

In addition to the main house there is an old “lamia” country house, that can sleep 2 people with a large bathroom.

Surrounding the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood-fired oven, dinning terrace, outdoor sofa, and sun beds.

On the roof there is a large terrace with great views to the sea.

Location

The sea is 7km away, with the amazing Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve being the closest beach.

Carovigno is the closest town, and Ostuni is only 15 minutes drive.

The house is 15 minuets from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari Airport.

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
• less than 30 days prior your arrival: no refund
