Villa Cardo

Villa Cardo is a 3-bedroom house designed by Studio Andrew Trotter, the visionary behind Masseria Moroseta.

Like the Masseria, Villa Cardo is crafted from local materials using traditional building techniques, allowing the authentic Pugliese vernacular to shine through. The design ensures the villa remains light, airy, and cool during the summer months.

On the lower level guests can enjoy a private cinema room, complete with an adjoining Turkish bath.

The villa is located on one hectare of land, filled with olive and almond trees.
Guests can take in stunning view of the sea from the roof terrace.
The house is comprised of a large living room with a dining room, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath and double shower.
The main bedroom has its own veranda and private garden, with an outdoor bath and shower.
There are two additional rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two sofas, which can be used as a small living area.
These rooms have a shared bathroom.
In addition to the main house there is an old “lamia” country house, which can comfortably sleep 2 people and is equipped with a large bathroom.
Outside there is an outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ and wood-fired oven, a terrace for al fresco dining, an outdoor sofa and sun beds. All of this surrounds a spectacular pool.
To complete this unique experiences, there is a large roof terrace with breathtaking views to the sea.

Location
The closest beach is 7 km away in the gorgeous Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve.
The closest town is Carovigno, and Ostuni is only a 15 minute drive.
The house is 15 minutes from the Brindisi airport and 1 hour from the Bari Airport.

• • To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% must be received no less than 60 days prior to your arrival.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

• A € 1,000 security deposit must be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

• 60 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded
• No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior your arrival.
