The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, two are in the main building and two are separate.
The three double bedrooms have a private garden with the outdoor shower, one bedroom has 2 single beds.
All the rooms are bright, spacious and guarantee maximum comfort.
The living room has a large built-in sofa and overlooks the swimming pool.
The built-in kitchen benefits of big windows and simple furnishings, a mix of modern design and local craftsmanship.
The property has a large outdoor swimming pool and private parking.
Moreover, outside there is a large kitchen with fire oven.
The house is a mix of tradition and modernity to ensure a unique experience for our guests.

Location:
The house is a few minutes from the sea and is located 5 minutes from the city of Carovigno and only 15 minutes by car from Ostuni.
Brindisi airport is 20 minutes away; 1 hour from Bari airport.

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
• less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
