Casa Roverella

Casa Roverella is a residence comprising three bedrooms, built around a century-old oak tree. Nestled amidst green hills, it is situated among the charming villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie.

This recently constructed design villa provides all modern comforts. Its architecture seamlessly blends contemporary design with a rustic and relaxing atmosphere, characteristic of the Apulian countryside.

Occupancy (6 guest max)
The villa is situated in the middle of a 1.5-hectare plot, located on the highest part of a hill. Surrounded by almond trees, olive trees, and ancient oaks, it features three bedrooms with king-size beds and three bathrooms fully equipped.

The master bedroom provides direct access to the en-suite bathroom, a private terrace and the pool. The second bedroom has a private terrace and access to the bathroom, while the third bedroom is connected to a spacious internal bathroom. The living room is bright, thanks to large windows that lead to the pool, kitchen and outdoor lounge area.

The outdoor area, accessible directly from the living room and the master bedroom, boasts a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, along with a lounge area. On the other side of the pool, you’ll find a sunbathing area with loungers and sun chairs.

The house is equipped with a centralized air conditioning system and an efficient underfloor heating system, making it an ideal choice for all the seasons.

Location
It is conveniently between the charming villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie (all 10 minutes away).
The coast is 20 minutes away. The closest airport is Brindisi (35 mins) and Bari (1 hour).

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
• less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
