Casa Roverella is a three-bedroom home built around a centennial oak tree. Nestled amongst green hills, it is located near the charming villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie.
This newly built design villa provides all the modern comforts, seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with the rustic, tranquil charm of the Apulian countryside.

Occupancy (6 guest max)
The villa sits in the middle of a 1.5-hectare plot, located on the topmost part of a hill. Surrounded by almond, olive, and ancient oak trees, it features three bedrooms with king-size beds and three fully equipped bathrooms.

The master bedroom provides direct access to an en-suite bathroom, a private terrace and the pool. The second bedroom has a private terrace and access to the bathroom, while the third bedroom is connected to a spacious internal bathroom. The living room is flooded with light, thanks to large windows that lead to the pool, kitchen and outdoor lounge area.

The outdoor area, accessible directly from the living room and the master bedroom, boasts a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, along with a lounge area. On the other side of the pool, you’ll find a sunbathing area with loungers and sun chairs.

The house is equipped with a centralized air conditioning system as well as an efficient underfloor heating system, making it an ideal choice for all the seasons.

Location
It is conveniently located between the charming villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie (all 10 minutes away).
The coast is 20 minutes away. The closest airport is Brindisi (35 mins) and Bari (1 hour).

Terms and Conditions:

• • To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% must be received no less than 60 days prior to your arrival.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

• A € 1,000 security deposit must be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

• 60 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded
• No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior your arrival.
