Masseria Moroseta is first of all a farm surrounded by nature, it is wrapped among both young and secular olive trees, trees from which we get an organic extra virgin olive oil. An oil capable of teaching us to love the flavors of our territory, our history and our work.

Since the vegetable element is at the center of our culinary experimentation, we have considered it fundamental to dedicate a part of our land to the biodynamic cultivation of vegetables and aromatic plants, privileging ancient and autochthonous cultivars.
