Cooking Class

An authentic full immersion in the cuisine of the Masseria, the cooking class is an experience that includes the preparation and tasting of a complete menu in “Moroseta” style, from appetizer to dessert.

We are inspired by the Apulian and Mediterranean tradition, leaving ample room for contamination and creativity.

We use exclusively organic and local raw materials, having a garden with vegetables and aromatic herbs, fruit trees and an olive grove.

Personalized cooking courses, individual or for groups of maximum 6 people.
Exclusively for guests of the Masseria.
Course duration: about 3 hours.

Example program

Spring season:

  • asparagi grigliati, latticello, dragoncello e bottarga;
  • gnocchi con fave, pecorino e limone;
  • polpette “moroseta”, salsa di pomodoro, cannella e cacioricotta affumicato;
  • mousse di cioccolato fondente, nespole, olio d’oliva e sale in scaglie.
