Cooking Class

Cooking class tailor made for groups of 4-8 people.
We only use local and organic products, mostly grown in our own vegetable garden, from our fruit trees and olive plantation.
We take inspiration from traditional pugliese and mediterrenean cooking, with a hint of contemporary ideas from around the globe.

Example program

Personalized cooking courses, individual or for groups of maximum 6 people.
Exclusively for guests of the Masseria.
Course duration: about 3 hours.

Stagione primaverile:

  • asparagi grigliati, latticello, dragoncello e bottarga;
  • gnocchi con fave, pecorino e limone;
  • polpette “moroseta”, salsa di pomodoro, cannella e cacioricotta affumicato;
  • mousse di cioccolato fondente, nespole, olio d’oliva e sale in scaglie.
