Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, vegetable butter (extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed organic coconut oil, cocoa butter, water and soy lecithin), dried grapes soaked in sweet wine, semi-candied lemon peel, semi-candied orange, egg yolks, granulated sugar, water, fresh sourdough (mother yeast: soft wheat flour and water), wholemeal sugar, barley malt, honey, salt.
