Apulian wheat, Extra virgin olive oil made in Masseria Moroseta, housemade candied citrus, coriander honey, raisins soaked in Moscato wine.

Type 0 wheat flour, vegetable butter (extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed Bio coconut oil, cocoa butter, water, and soya lecithin), dried grapes soaked in sweet wine, semi-candied lemon peel, semi-candied orange peel, egg yolks, caster sugar, water, fresh sourdough starter (sourdough starter: wheat flour and water), whole wheat sugar, barley malt, honey, fennel seeds, salt.
