Try the experience of a cooking class in collaboration with our friends Julie and Francesco, where you can learn how to cook typical Apulian recipes at her house, in Oria (Brindisi).
The dishes you will cook are an interpretation of regional food (like semola or egg pasta, ricotta gnocchi, etc.) and ingredients are sourced from the local cheesemakers, farmers, winemakers.
Classes start with an aperitivo and then as a group you cook through a three different course meal (pasta, salad and dessert).
Local wine and non-alcoholic drinks are provided. Caffe and homemade digestivi are served with dessert.
