Casa Piana is a new project designed by Palomba Serafini studio.

Leave the hustle and bustle behind in this house with an old soul; renovated to maximize light, attention to detail and livability and versatility of space.

Born from the desire for a space where time passes slowly, Casa Piana is a domestic nest where you can can enjoy serenity and simplicity in the heart of the city.

Just a few steps from the center of Nardó, Casa Piana occupies two levels.

Enter directly into a spacious living room, with two sleeping areas on either side. A living room skylight guarantees soft and natural light throughout the day.

Both bedrooms feature a deliberately minimal look, showcasing their clean lines and colors.

One bathroom features a spacious masonry bathtub; a second bathroom is outfitted with a large shower.

Originally a simple terrace, the upper floor has been transformed into an extension of the living area. Glass and iron structures enclose the kitchen, framed on either side by a dedicated dining area and a lounge designed for relaxation, complete with a large sofa and plenty of plants.

Casa Piana is characterized by soft lighting and essential design throughout, the result of careful personal research and reflection.

Position
Casa Piana is located in Nardò, heart of Salento between Lecce and Gallipoli.

In summer, most cafes and stores are closed during the hottest hours of the day, so you can have a drive to one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Within also a 15-minute drive you are in the seaside town of Gallipoli and the iconic Porto Selvaggio natural park.

The sea is just a few km away and the Brindisi airport is 40 mins drive.

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
• less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
