Our workshop on food, cooking, eating and discovering Puglia

Beginning of spring is the perfect time of the year to focus on vegetables and fruit, first asparagus, artichokes, broad beans and peas start to appear at farmers’ markets.
We will take you at local farm houses to discover and taste freshly made mozzarella, burrata, pecorino, country bread and more.
During dinners at Moroseta we will be pouring natural local wine
from the region, each day focusing on a different winery.
